I have the same problem. I'm using the latest Openfire and Plugin, when an account logs on to Joomla, an entry is made in jos15_openfire_users, but Openfire does not recognize it. (Yes, I've changed the prefix to jos15 in the XML file ) There is still only the admin user shown in the user list and I can only logon to Openfire with this account.
