I am having a problem that seems to be a bug of sorts.

I purchased the product yesterday, got the link today and installed. When accessing the backend controls, I can't save any changes I make. I can't assign a different template, or save configuration changes... nothing works.

It seems like it could be a javascript issue, but I am not certain.

I have the Shout module on the front page of my website and most evening you can find 6 to 9 of us chatting away between 9 and 11 eastern standard time.

The problem we keep running into is that if the saved messages seems to get to big in the mysql db the shout screen just goes blank. The only way I have found to fix it is to go into the admin backend and delet all but the last 15 or so messages and then I have to go in and find the table for Ajax Chat and Optmizie the table. Then the Shout box will go back to working fine for several days.

My guess is the bug is for saving messages. Default if I remember right is 500. Way to many in my opinion as this is a shout box. I turned mine all the way down to just 50 but it does not start erasing the old messages as it should at anything over 50. The program just keeps saving them until there is 200 to 300 and it quites working and I have to do the above procedure to get it back up and working correctly.

This is very disappointing.

I posted this bug two weeks ago and no response from the admin.

I continue to have the same problem and I am hoping that someone takes notice and fixes the problem.
