Can someone please tell me how to go about creating a one on one live support chat using Ajax Chat. I have downloaded and istalled these files:
1)com_ajaxchat
2)mod_liveusers
3)mod_shoutouts
I'm not even sure what liveusers and shoutouts do. Can someone give me a definition here.
Also I'd like the chat window to appear in a popup window after user has logged in. Just like on the fijiwebdesign site.
