I loaded this pluging on 3 sites, 2 live 1 demo and with just the turning everything to yes except for the debug, when I run my performance test it's perfect but when I go to the site I get a white screen or I will get some icons depending on what settings I turn on.

When I turn the debug on the site works but the performance shows nothing happening.

I'm running speedy tidy, also tried the regular speedy. 2 sites is using joomla 158 one site still on 157. I'm running php5, myphpadmin on a apache server.

I'm going to leave 1 of the site with the plugin on so hopefully someone can tell me what's going on please

Do you still have speedy enabled on http://www.christiancompassion.com/demo ?

Could you enable it but turn on debug also. It allows you to turn on speedy from the url by putting debug=1 in there and thus compare the two.

I finally figured that the urls were typed in incorrectly instead of the sites being down.

I took a look but I don't think speedy is still on is it?

One of the most common problems is if you have gzip turned on in Joomla, and also in speedy.
