Hi

I have integrated the Ajax chat into my website, i am not a web designer/ coder. I used a professional to do the whole website for me.

the problem im getting is that, when receiving a private message on the chat using internet explorer a error message pops up. It reads the following:

scrollNotes, Notifications Ext Exception!
Error:TypeError: 'common.style(...).left' is null or not an object

I have no idea what this means!
Please can someone help? Ive tried the "dedicated" support that im suppose to get within the thirty days of purchasing the product but this person is useless and doesnt respond to my emails!

I am stuck as i cant launch my website without solving this problem.
