Joomla AjaxChat LiveSupport is a Joomla Component and Module that extend
AjaxChat to provide Live Support for your online visitors and members. Using our
proprietary Live Support Context Matching™ the relevant past conversations, emails,
joomla artciles, are automatically presented to your support personnel while they provide
support.

How it works
- Administrator installs and publishes the AjaxChat Component.
- Administrator installs and publishes LiveSupport Module.
- Users to the site see a LiveSupport button, or image customized by the administrator.
- Users click the LiveSupport button to start a live session.
- The Support Personnel or User Group chosen by admin can then answer support chat and give live support.
- Support Personnel provide advanced support with integrated FAQ, logs, and Live Support Context Matching™.
